If for any reason, you are unhappy with your product, you may return it in unused condition.  Refunds will be handled through Paypal.

 

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted.  Those situations include:  1.) When any item is received by us and is not in the condition in which it was sent to you.  2.)  When an item is returned to us damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.  3.)  When any item is returned to us more than 14 days after delivery (for online purchases).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 14 days.
